Hello, I'm Julie the Paperwork Pixie, I enjoy looking after paperwork and being organised .

I already succesfully look after the paperwork for my own businesses and have helped others on various projects. But my partners 'stuff', that's a whole different ball game. He used to be a nightmare......receipts in a shoe box, couldn't find that important piece of paper that he's put down somewhere! So rather than keep nagging him for information to enable me to complete his tax return, I now do it all myself and life is so much smoother.

Admin may not be your strength but it is mine, so let me sprinkle some of my pixie dust and help you get those jobs under control.

Rates and packages

I offer a 'one off' service to regular weekly or monthly slots. I can come to your office to work or meet up and take work away with me to complete in my own office. All tasks carried out in a professional, methodical, tidy and confidental manner.


Up to 12 hours per calendar month - £25.00 per hour. Additional hours (13+) in the same calender month will be charged at £20.00 per hour.


For travel within a 5 mile radius of Edenbridge, Kent - my travel expenses by car are free. For 5+ miles I charge £0.45p per mile.
